Job Summary

Provide on-premises support for AVI-SPL customers at assigned site(s), partnering with customers, the management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams. Set up and break down conference spaces, perform preventative maintenance and hardware testing/repair, and clean AV equipment. Troubleshoot and operate audio/video systems, handle non-complex AV installations, document work, and provide client training. Travel to job sites as required and follow local safety standards.
