  • •Deliver customer outcomes by building, planning, deciding, designing, and communicating as needed.
  • •Set technical and product vision with PMs and engineers for the Developer Observability Platform.
  • •Build and advance observability for an AI-driven ecosystem, including Workers, Agents, and Durable Objects.
  • •Own operational aspects such as SLOs, incident response, customer escalations, and technical debt; make reliability a feature.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and grow engineers while cultivating a culture of fast iteration, high agency, and ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 4 years managing software engineering teams.
  • •Proven track record leading teams that have shipped and operated complex, large-scale systems and data-driven applications, preferably in observability or developer platforms.
  • •Significant technical depth to guide architectural discussions, make technical decisions, review designs, and unblock engineers.
  • •Strong developer tools taste; experience building observability products and knowing what makes them delightful or painful.
  • •Ability to recruit, coach, and develop senior engineers and build inclusive, high-performing teams with high agency.
