Job Summary

Lead graphic and visual product creation for licensed football app and EM-specific product/teams in the Creation Center Turkey. Drive technical (graphic) design execution while supporting product marketing and storytelling, from translating club briefs into compelling visuals to ensuring technical accuracy with development. Manage product master data, create sell-in and go-to-market tools, and use data analysis and KPI monitoring to optimize seasonal portfolio plans, speed to market, and margin expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead creation of graphics across ranges and seasonal product collections for licensed football products and teams.
•Translate product concepts and club briefs into clear visual executions, balancing sport, fashion, and culture.
•Develop product-focused visual assets (presentations, milestones, internal communication) and visualize designs using 3D tools.
•Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility; drive continuous improvement of graphic standards and tools.
•Support product marketing by maintaining product master data, creating sell-in/go-to-market tools, and using data analysis and KPI monitoring to optimize product offerings and business planning.

Key Requirements

•University degree in graphic design, visual communication, product design, or a related field.

•Ability to translate club briefs into compelling visuals and stories, with attention to detail.
