Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop assigned styles/collections with Design, PLM and suppliers including pricing and prototyping
  • •Prepare, maintain and follow up all development documents (style specifications, size tables, fabric/trim selection, fitting and sealing comments)
  • •Independently develop assigned styles/collections and ensure on-time sample delivery with good quality and execution
  • •Drive cross-functional communication and collect/product comments to support approvals and buy-ready finalization
  • •Create and update tech packs, release them to suppliers, and support cost review and negotiations to achieve target FOB pricing/margins

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Textile/Fashion/Clothing-related discipline
  • •2–3 years of relevant experience in garment/sportswear product development
  • •Strong knowledge of woven/knitted garments and apparel components
  • •Good understanding of product costing and apparel development process
  • •Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables); knowledge of 3D sampling, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator preferred
