Fraud Protection Analyst

Support the Director of Fraud Prevention by investigating outsorted exception payments and authenticating customer transactions to meet processing deadlines. Use risk-factor evaluation to make critical transaction decisions, continuously identify process improvements, and maintain KPIs across payment rails. Provide feedback to the Fraud Protection Services team on changing fraud trends and effectiveness, and help enhance automation to improve the experience for both employees and customers.
