Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and rotation program covering Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management to prepare for a Financial Center Manager role. Build strong consumer and small business relationships through a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessments. Learn to develop, coach, and lead a team, support an integrated book of business strategy, collaborate across partners, and uphold the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including the consultative selling certification.
•Develop and deepen consumer and small business customer relationships to deliver a memorable customer experience.
•Maintain working knowledge of the bank’s products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use the consultative sales process to identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team, reinforce core values and business strategies, and support a One Bank culture with proactive collaboration.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
•This role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
