  • •Proactively assess legal risks and advise teams building services that reshape how information moves across the Internet.
  • •Advise senior business leaders on legal implications of product strategy and technology transactions.
  • •Draft and review terms of service, disclosures, policies, and related processes, including marketing event agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •JD degree with strong academic credentials and admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • •7+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience, preferably with technology companies.
  • •Ability to provide legal advice aligned with and advancing strategic business goals.
  • •Experience with copyright and Internet law is desired (e.g., AI Act, Data Act, net neutrality, DMCA, CFAA).
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with lawyers and senior business executives; flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
