Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify where maturing digital technology use creates value in the remediation business, including new systems, enhancements, and improved processes.
  • •Define initiatives, resourcing, timing, and expected benefits, presenting recommendations to leadership and maintaining a prioritized digital roadmap.
  • •Lead delivery of digital initiatives across new and existing engagements, ensuring scope, timing, quality, and benefit delivery within corporate standards.
  • •Perform hands-on solution work when needed, including configuration and build on Smartsheet and the Microsoft platform.
  • •Translate business needs into technical direction, oversee QA/QC and solution designs, and report progress, risks, and realized value to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS and 8 years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency, in digital delivery, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience across digital strategy or transformation and hands-on digital delivery.
  • •Hands-on experience configuring and administering Smartsheet, including Advanced Work Management (AWM).
  • •Experience configuring solutions across Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint).
  • •Familiarity with environmental remediation core platforms, including EQuIS, alongside Smartsheet and the Microsoft suite.
