Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the Philips-Partner strategy to sustainably grow the business.
  • •Create and execute a joint business plan with partners and develop partner capabilities to meet yearly targets.
  • •Drive go-to-market execution in the assigned territory and manage one or more partners.
  • •Orchestrate Philips and partner resources to achieve strategic objectives, including strengthening partner capabilities.
  • •Engage in strategic/complex sales opportunities and drive partner results (including OIT and sales growth) for equipment and service.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or partner management, particularly in the medical device industry.
  • •Strong understanding of local market dynamics, cultural practices, and business landscape.
  • •Ability to build and maintain strong partner/customer relationships and manage partner expectations.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • •Demonstrated sales acumen, including forecasting trends, managing pipeline, and familiarity with tools such as SFDC and CRM.
