  • •Act as a subject matter expert on Global Payroll services, staying current on Remote product features and industry developments to guide clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Communicate the value of Global Payroll through tailored demonstrations, proposals, and presentations.
  • •Develop and refine sales collateral, solution playbooks, and objection handling tools for the Global Payroll buyer journey.
  • •Translate client business needs into an actionable scope of work for handoff to the Implementation team; educate sales/consulting teams and provide product feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in payroll, including multi-country and multi-state payroll processing and compliance (tax filings, wage and hour regulations, onboarding/offboarding).
  • •Experience consulting on global payroll processes using consultative techniques to uncover client needs, build relationships, and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • •Strong sales acumen across sales processes and cycles, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment.
  • •Excellent storytelling and communication skills to explain complex payroll concepts to HR and executive audiences.
  • •Certifications such as FPC, CPP, or relevant HR/payroll credentials (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a strong plus.
