Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and inspect incoming shipments under GMP conditions.
  • •Rotate across multiple logistics workstations in different warehouses.
  • •Organize day-shift workflows (Tagschichtarbeit).
  • •Provide first-level support for automated high-bay warehouses.
  • •Communicate independently with internal and external partners and use ERP systems (SAP and WMS).

Key Requirements

  • •Completed apprenticeship as a logistics professional with additional training (e.g., Logistikfachmann/-frau) or a technical vocational education with relevant logistics knowledge.
  • •Experience supporting automated conveyor systems and warehouse racking operating devices (Regalbediengeräte).
  • •Reliable, independent, and responsible way of working.
  • •Compliance with high quality and safety requirements.
  • •Pharma industry experience is an advantage; good German skills in speaking and writing, English is an advantage.
