Job Summary

GenAI Developer/Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and operating GenAI/ML solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and Azure AI Studio. Build LLM-powered applications, implement agentic AI patterns, MLOps, and security guardrails, and drive RAM-based task orchestration with MCP across enterprise-scale GenAI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and ML solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure AI Studio, and related services.
•Build LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, tool/function calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI design patterns.
•Develop Agent-to-Agent (A2A) workflows for task decomposition, orchestration, and collaboration.
•Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) to standardize tool access, memory, and context management across agents.
•Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices and implement LLM security and guardrails.

Key Requirements

•Total experience of 5+ years in IT/AI-related roles.
•AI-ML and GenAI experience of 4–6 years with real-world production exposure.
•Strong fundamentals and ability to design, deploy, and operate GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and Azure AI Studio.
•Experience building, deploying, and operating GenAI applications and architectures.
•Experience with prompt engineering, tool/function calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI design patterns.
