Job Summary

Own strategic workstreams by turning ambiguous business questions into actionable, data-backed recommendations. Combine data extraction/cleaning with rigorous financial and operational modeling to quantify impact of pricing, packaging, acquisition, and retention (churn). Conduct market research and partner with vertical commercial leads, pricing specialists, Revenue Operations, and sales to identify and unlock new revenue streams across Bayut and dubizzle’s marketplaces, presenting insights clearly to leadership.

•Take full ownership of strategic workstreams, converting ambiguous challenges into actionable revenue-driving solutions.
•Extract and clean complex datasets, construct financial/operational models, and test business logic to quantify recommendations.
•Combine quantitative analysis with qualitative market research and frontline conversations to identify the next revenue increment.
•Analyze pricing structures, product packaging, customer acquisition, retention (churn), and sales performance; provide actionable recommendations.
•Partner with vertical commercial leaders, pricing specialists, Revenue Operations, and sales to ensure recommendations are executed in-market.
