Lead and coordinate MSI’s maintenance commitments for public safety software and hardware, overseeing the local service provider and customer relationships. Drive ongoing service delivery improvements, monitor system availability, and facilitate escalation and emergency response. Manage resources, ensure compliance with response times, and develop metrics to measure performance in a fast-paced public safety environment.
