Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop Antenna RF solutions for satellite programs, projects, R&D studies, and industrial activities.
  • •Perform RF design of antennas including passive components and active RF front-ends, covering concept formulation, feasibility, and trade-off decisions.
  • •Synthesize/design circuits and run electromagnetic modeling and simulation for antennas and components, including complex beam-formers.
  • •Select and define technology, manufacturing processes, and procedures for space-qualified antenna development; oversee component development plans with workshops and suppliers and prepare purchase orders.
  • •Test antenna and RF subsystems/components and prepare reporting; contribute to proposals and provide technical management, technical reports, and program review documentation; interface with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in a relevant discipline.
  • •Excellent English (oral and written).
  • •6–11 years of experience in space projects, preferably designing and developing Antenna RF components.
  • •Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, product/results-oriented approach; ability to work autonomously and prioritize.
  • •Very good knowledge of RF/antenna SW design tools (e.g., Microwave Office, HFSS, CST Suite, ADS, TICRA/GRASP/Feko/POS) and knowledge of Matlab and/or Fortran90 or C++.
