Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for each day by ensuring you have the proper supplies and PPE for patient visits.
  • •Use scheduling technology to navigate to patients’ homes and access your daily schedule.
  • •Provide diagnostic and low acuity care in patients’ homes, including phlebotomy/specimen collection and additional services like retina exams and ECGs.
  • •Ensure samples are labeled properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
  • •Deliver compassionate, empathetic, patient-centered care while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and care coordination standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous venipuncture experience and dependability with an emphasis on exceptional quality.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where required and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • •Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation (own vehicle), and ability to physically access patient homes (including stairs) and carry up to 25 pounds.
