Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, evaluate, and define innovative IP solution opportunities that differentiate and grow the business, using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • •Engage with global Service Providers to understand network evolution, AI-driven operational models, and lead customers through POC creation and adoption.
  • •Partner with the broader PLM organization to align routing innovation requirements with the portfolio roadmaps across product families.
  • •Translate market and innovation needs into detailed product requirements and a cohesive roadmap in collaboration with PLM/Engineering.
  • •Provide thought leadership on how AI and advanced routing technologies enable new network capabilities, efficiencies, and revenue-generating services; produce roadmap narratives, whitepapers, and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
  • •7+ years of experience in Product Management or technical strategy leadership within routing, networking, telecom, or cloud infrastructure.
  • •Deep understanding of IP routing protocols (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, SR-MPLS/SRv6, multicast, QoS, VXLAN).
  • •Experience engaging with global Service Providers to understand network evolution, AI-driven operational models, and driving POC creation and adoption.
  • •Ability to translate innovation/market needs into detailed product requirements and a cohesive roadmap; strong communication with engineering and executive levels.
