Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a player-coach to other Product Managers, guiding them to elevate their product craft, execution, and strategic thinking.
•Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, integrating ad injection, targeting, and Google Ad Manager capabilities deeper into the MonetizeMore ecosystem.
•Lead continuous product discovery to uncover publishers' pain points, validating ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before writing code.
•Take end-to-end ownership from monetization strategy to GTM, prioritizing the roadmap based on ROI and focusing on customer lifetime value (LTV) and monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are shipped and successfully adopted and commercialized.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Product Management experience
•at least 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs
•experience in ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem
•deep experience with a modern empowerment-based Product Operating Model
•data-driven with ability to pivot based on metrics and feedback
