  • •Manage quote-to-cash workflows, including contract generation and e-signature integrations.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for CPQ end users with troubleshooting, enablement, and documentation.
  • •Run the requirements intake process: gather requirements, scope complexity, and route/prioritize work.
  • •Handle low-complexity Salesforce configuration requests directly and keep quick wins out of the broader backlog.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, including CPQ configuration in a production environment
