Job Summary

Join the Ads Interface and Platform team to help improve the TikTok advertising product experience. You’ll partner with a project lead to design and optimize ad creation workflows, analyze campaign and delivery factors, and use insights to increase budget efficiency and effectiveness. Work across global cross-functional teams to support the product lifecycle—from requirements gathering and design to development and go-to-market—while learning the underlying logic of ads infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the project lead in designing and optimizing advertising products, including new product design, experience optimization, and data analysis to improve advertiser experience.
•Analyze advertiser optimization habits and ad delivery mechanisms to identify factors affecting campaign performance.
•Use data analysis and user research to find opportunities to improve budget efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
•Support the product lifecycle by collaborating with global cross-functional teams across design, development, and go-to-market.
•Help gather requirements and improve system efficiency and customer experience through execution of product phases.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Background in computer science or related fields, with technical experience or project work preferred.
•Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills to break down and solve complex problems.
•Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and able to drive projects independently.
•Able to commit to at least a 3-month internship (12-week full-time during Summer 2026) and preferably work 5 days a week.
