Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development of traffic engineering designs and technical solutions across project stages.
  • •Attend site visits, meetings, and workshops, and collaborate with clients and other design professionals.
  • •Use traffic modelling and design tools to contribute to project tasks and technical deliverables.
  • •Receive structured training and mentoring to build a foundation in traffic engineering and design.
  • •Contribute to deliverables from concept through to completion, including tasks such as traffic signal/signage design and transport assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Permanent right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
  • •BEng in Civil Engineering, General Engineering or Geography with a 2:1 (or equivalent) or above.
  • •Genuine interest in traffic engineering, transport, and creating safe, efficient, sustainable transport networks.
  • •Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills to interpret and evaluate technical information.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively and independently.
