Key Responsibilities

•Develop creative concepts and visual approaches for BJAK’s video content.
•Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
•Edit videos focusing on pacing, storytelling, and visual quality, including color grading, sound design, basic motion graphics, and subtitling.
•Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Social Media teams, and designers/copywriters to bring cohesive ideas to life and incorporate feedback quickly.
•Manage the full production workflow (media management, equipment setup, exporting), troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple editing timelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 50,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing (agency or in-house).
•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
•A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating a variety of video styles and storytelling approaches.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
•Skilled in camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording, with strong understanding of social media platforms and video algorithms.
