•Supporting the Collections Manager in monitoring third‑party collections performance against agreed service levels and policies.
•Analyzing customer accounts, ageing reports and performance indicators to identify risks and trends.
•Working with internal teams and external partners to resolve disputes and prevent recurring issues.
•Providing accurate data and insights to support risk assessment, provisioning and audits.
•Building effective relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
