Job Summary

Clean and sanitize production equipment and physical areas to maintain a safe work environment and follow Tyson policies and USDA standards. Remove product/materials, perform pre-rinse and final rinse, apply chemicals/soaps appropriately, and scrub using ladders while operating high-pressure hoses. Work 3rd shift in a cold, wet, and humid environment, and train to use LOTO. Perform other duties assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

•Clean equipment and physical areas while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures.
•Remove all product and materials from assigned areas and pre-rinse work top to bottom.
•Apply various chemicals and soaps to assigned equipment and machinery (bottom to top), then perform thorough final rinse and corrections as needed.
•Clean production processing areas according to established company and USDA standards using chemicals.
•Climb ladders as needed, scrub high/low places, hold and operate high-pressure water hoses, replace sanitation materials, and train to use LOTO.
