Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from hubs/warehouses and reporting discrepancies.
  • •Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including omnichannel stock pullback.
  • •Maintain back-of-house areas in a tidy, compliant manner and perform quality control on products, escalating issues to the store lead.
  • •Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to elevate the client experience.
  • •Perform store administration (e.g., phone calls and liaising with customer service) and support store management requests such as events and stocktaking.
