Lead the engineering function for Ipsos' Synthetic Data platform, setting technical direction, building a high-performing team of software/data/MLOps engineers, and delivering a secure, scalable, compliant platform used globally. Collaborate with data science, product, security/privacy, and legal; define the technical vision, standardise ML release processes, and ensure enterprise readiness with a strong focus on privacy, governance, and cost efficiency.
