Job Summary

Lead Campbell’s end-to-end ERP transformation and modernization, accountable for the core ERP platform and the custom extensions, integrations, and compensating systems surrounding it. Drive the ECC-to-S/4HANA migration and landscape rationalization, own program planning and governance, and coordinate technical debt and integration workstreams across Supply Chain and Commercial IT. Manage the SAP Basis team to maintain stability through the transition, while aligning executives through program narrative and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end ERP modernization program, including ECC-to-S/4 migration scope, sequencing, scheduling, risk register, and interdependency management across workstreams.
•Lead ERP landscape assessment and rationalization: inventory interfaces and subtending systems, retire redundant tools, collapse integrations, and eliminate custom code that can be replaced by standard S/4 functionality.
•Coordinate integration and technical debt remediation by addressing custom ABAP, bespoke workflows, compensating applications, and ensuring integration workstreams are governed and delivered with rigor.
•Manage SAP platform and Basis operations: direct the SAP Basis team to maintain stability, performance, security patching, and environment/transport strategy throughout transformation.
•Drive executive alignment and program narrative by building the financial business case (TCO and benefits), preparing executive materials, and guiding governance, status reporting, and escalation paths.

Salary: USD 213,400 - 293,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
•15+ years of enterprise technology experience, including at least 8 years in SAP program leadership roles of increasing scope and complexity.
•Experience leading at least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA migration or equivalent large-scale ERP modernization, including integration and legacy system remediation accountability.
•Experience assessing and rationalizing a heavily customized ERP landscape, including custom code, bolt-on applications, middleware, and point-to-point integrations.
•Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies and preferred SAP certification(s) in relevant functional or technical areas (e.g., SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA).
