Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional aviation fuel supply strategies across France, the UK, and Ireland, including demand/supply analysis and forecasting performance against supply plans.
  • •Manage logistics, distribution, and inventory to ensure fuel availability across airport locations and proactively mitigate supply risks.
  • •Support pricing, risk, and market exposure by working with pricing and risk teams and aligning purchase/sales strategies with business objectives and risk management requirements.
  • •Lead supplier and contract management, including negotiations, KPI reviews, and quarterly performance reviews for haulage and logistics agreements.
  • •Provide leadership by coaching and developing a team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with fuel regulations and SAF mandates, including audits and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience across fuel supply, aviation fuels, energy, commodities, logistics, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • •Fluent verbal and written communication in French and English.
  • •Proven experience managing complex regional operations and logistics networks.
  • •Strong commercial acumen with experience improving profitability and operational performance.
  • •Experience negotiating and managing high-value supplier and logistics contracts, with advanced analytical/financial skills for forecasting and KPI management.
