Job Summary

Prepare and repair vehicle body surfaces to CarMax quality standards in a modern, climate-controlled environment. Perform masking, sanding, grinding, and primer/refinish work; remove and replace parts as needed for cosmetic and structural integrity; and repair plastic/substrate damage. Conduct post-paint refinishing and defect correction while maintaining and repairing specialized equipment. Deliver excellent customer service and follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements.

•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data; required to use CarMax-provided respiratory protection (must be clean-shaven for half-face respirator).
