Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and define diagnostic, debug, and validation tool software requirements in collaboration with design teams, internal users, and customers
  • •Partner with functional and technical leads to review product roadmaps and technical documentation, translating requirements into executable program plans
  • •Manage development schedules to ensure on‑time delivery, while incorporating customer‑driven changes without impacting committed milestones
  • •Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across teams
  • •Communicate program status through regular reports and presentations to technical leadership and key stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • •Demonstrated experience in commercial software program or project management, with prior leadership responsibilities
  • •Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile development methodologies
  • •Experience working with offshore teams and global customers
  • •Proven ability to coordinate and influence across multiple internal functional organizations
