Key Responsibilities

•Gather and define diagnostic, debug, and validation tool software requirements in collaboration with design teams, internal users, and customers
•Partner with functional and technical leads to review product roadmaps and technical documentation, translating requirements into executable program plans
•Manage development schedules to ensure on‑time delivery, while incorporating customer‑driven changes without impacting committed milestones
•Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across teams
•Communicate program status through regular reports and presentations to technical leadership and key stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
•Demonstrated experience in commercial software program or project management, with prior leadership responsibilities
•Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile development methodologies
•Experience working with offshore teams and global customers
•Proven ability to coordinate and influence across multiple internal functional organizations
