Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development, or 4+ years of technical consulting/requirements gathering/solution design, or 4+ years of relevant domain experience (HR, payroll, financials, supply chain, or student).
  • •Proficient with ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures, or other data tooling.
  • •Experience working with customers and/or team members and leading data requirements sessions.
  • •Participation in at least one full life cycle software implementation, including data requirements gathering, dataset migration, data reconciliation, and move to production.
  • •Experience coordinating cross-organizational partners to define requirements, resolve data issues, and mapping/transforming/loading data from source to target systems.
