Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain monitoring tooling and collaborate on observability best practices to help other teams operate services.
  • •Improve reliability by optimizing Kubernetes resource allocation, streamlining upgrades, and ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
  • •Dive into application behavior in Node, Python, or Go to debug and sometimes fix production issues.
  • •Partner with Customer Support, Partnerships, and Sales to enable production use of Webflow services.
  • •Participate in and continuously improve on-call and incident response processes.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • •2+ years operating or debugging distributed systems in a production environment.
  • •Comfort working with at least one major cloud provider (AWS or GCP) and willingness to go deeper.
  • •Hands-on experience with Kubernetes workloads, ideally with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Argo Rollouts.
  • •Experience with an observability stack (e.g., Datadog, OpenTelemetry) and at least one infrastructure-as-code tool (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible).
