Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior TI build-out.
  • •Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety.
  • •Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes.
  • •Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
  • •Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards.
