Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of line-of-business onboarding outcomes, including turnaround times, SLAs, and quality performance.
  • •Oversee escalations, exceptions, and complex onboarding matters while ensuring adherence to AML and regulatory obligations.
  • •Support implementation, communication, and monitoring of policy and process changes within the line of business.
  • •Manage Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews and processes and perform quality assurance spot-checks across onboarding teams.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (New Accounts, Sales, Compliance, Risk, Legal) and stakeholders to support account set-up and complex case resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work independently and proactively drive onboarding outcomes.
