Job Summary

Drive the transformation of enterprise knowledge into structured, reusable, AI-ready assets to improve service delivery and time-to-resolution. Define and own the knowledge management strategy and roadmap, modernize legacy content into modular formats, and standardize end-to-end lifecycle processes with governance and QMS alignment. Partner with Service, IT, AI/Data, Q&R, Operations, and content authoring teams to integrate knowledge into key platforms and establish KPIs for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the enterprise knowledge management strategy and roadmap, aligning business needs with scalable content architecture and delivery models.
•Lead the transition from legacy content formats to modular, structured, and AI-consumable knowledge.
•Standardize and optimize end-to-end knowledge lifecycle processes (create, review, publish, reuse, retire) with QMS and regulatory alignment.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement future-state knowledge solutions and integrate knowledge into service tools and field applications.
•Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks, embed compliance/governance/data quality into processes and systems, and drive adoption through training and clear communication.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 78,187 - 130,312 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Service Operations, or Process Transformation, preferably in a regulated environment.
•Hands-on experience with content standardization, structured authoring (e.g., topic-based/DITA-like approaches), and knowledge lifecycle management.
•Experience moving from traditional document-based publishing to modular, scalable, or API-driven content delivery.
•Experience with authoring tools (XMetaL, Arbortext) and CCMS such as Schema ST4 and Windchill, including enterprise integrations (PLM, LMS).
•Strong analytical and architectural thinking, including translating business needs into structured knowledge frameworks and governance for data quality.
