Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
  • •Determine if customers have appointments and record customer and vehicle details including name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage.
  • •Control service traffic flow and parking, park vehicles after they have been written up, and assist with loaner vehicles as needed.
  • •Retrieve vehicles at the cashier for pickup, wait at the vehicle for the customer, and thank customers for their business.
  • •Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags; deliver keys and repair order hard copies to the Service Advisor promptly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 hourly

  • •Pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and have a valid driver license.
  • •Drive safely and report any lot damage immediately.
  • •Maintain a clean and safe service drive area free of trash, water, leaves, and dirt.
