Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with bookkeeping/collecting data and performing detailed account analysis and compilation of work-paper documentation for US tax provisions and US tax returns.
  • •Assist with preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual US tax provisions. Prepare financial statements.
  • •Prepares and assists with the compilation of work-paper documentation for US income tax returns.
  • •Assists and completes forms for tax filings.
  • •Organizes and maintains tax records for special projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (B.COM) with Accounting major
  • •Strong knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping is essential
  • •Minimum five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • •Ability to read and write reports and business correspondence in both French and English
