Manager - Operations Risk Management

Manage a team within Operational Risk Management to ensure operational risk management is embedded in day-to-day operations. Lead independent risk-based testing and monitoring, oversee production and aggregation of risk reporting, and define consistent reporting approaches and key terms. Partner with first-line teams to evaluate activities and controls, monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), develop risk coverage for a risk-based plan, and drive reporting to enterprise governance bodies.
