•Partner with customers to scope and implement state-specific NIBRS compliance requirements within the Mark43 platform.
•Collaborate with agency stakeholders to identify reporting issues, recommend workflow improvements, and resolve data quality challenges.
•Analyze incident and records data to validate compliance with state and federal reporting standards.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams (Technical Services, Product, Engineering) to address complex reporting scenarios and improve customer outcomes.
•Assist customers in understanding NIBRS reporting requirements and support corrective actions to ensure accurate reporting.
