Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Member of the Marine Port & Terminal and Marine Liabilities team and act as an Account Executive for high-profile clients.
  • •Assist the team leader with strategic direction for key Ports & Terminal clients and the wider Marine Liability portfolio.
  • •Support RfP responses and drive new business initiatives aligned to Commercial Risk growth plans.
  • •Act as a market spokesperson for Aon, understanding market dynamics and opportunities to enhance Aon’s competitive position.
  • •Ensure broking practices comply with applicable legal/regulatory requirements and Aon policies, collaborating with reinsurance for an aligned approach across (re)insurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience leading client relationships for Ports & Terminals and Marine Liability risks.
  • •Deep understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes.
  • •Technical insurance expertise in Marine, including programme design and placement.
  • •Thorough understanding and application of compliance and FCA regulations.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities and effective communication/presentation skills.
