Lead all aspects of an assigned branch by driving performance, coaching teammates, and executing daily engagement routines. Grow revenue through small business development, new client strategies, face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, while partnering with IRM and operations teams. Manage human capital including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
