Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all operational activities at the hub, including offline presence acquisition, driver acquisition & onboarding, and driver education.
  • •Increase brand awareness by growing the number of branded vehicles (4W Sticker, 2W Lalabag).
  • •Monitor daily driver operations support activities related to calls, sticker installation, and driver attributes distributions.
  • •Manage offline presence inventory, including stock availability, procurement, and weekly stock inventory.
  • •Help support large 4W driver acquisitions for nearby satellite offices and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure materials follow the latest SOP.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate from a reputable university majoring in operations management.
  • •Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in an operations department.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Familiar with Google Spreadsheets.
