  • •Lead manufacturing operations to achieve targets in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost.
  • •Run daily management through KPI reviews, tiered accountability, performance follow-up, and disciplined escalation.
  • •Develop supervisors, team leaders, and salaried staff to strengthen capability and bench depth.
  • •Identify operational bottlenecks and implement sustainable improvements to capacity, throughput, flow, and efficiency.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
  • •7–10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in complex industrial, high-volume, or high-mix environments.
  • •Proven experience leading through front-line leaders and managing large teams in a results-driven environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, labor productivity, capacity planning, quality systems, material flow, and performance management.
  • •Demonstrated Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience with measurable business impact, plus bilingual English/Spanish.
