Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with executives to establish digital experience, customer data, and AI transformation strategies and vision.
  • •Build enterprise architectures that connect content, data, insights, and activation across the customer journey.
  • •Define architecture standards and reference architectures for cloud-native, API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based solutions.
  • •Align business strategy, enterprise architecture, and delivery execution across marketing, technology, product, analytics, and data teams using governance frameworks and operating models.
  • •Communicate architecture vision and trade-offs via workshops and architecture reviews, and support strategic sales opportunities through solution building and proposal development.

Key Requirements

  • •Develop and lead enterprise architecture strategies for complex organizations.
  • •Use enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns (including TOGAF and API-first architectures) to connect services.
  • •Deliver cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or comparable platforms.
  • •Create AI-enabled customer experiences using concepts such as large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
  • •Translate business objectives into scalable technology strategies and architecture roadmaps while influencing executives and collaborating cross-functionally.
