Define low-latency, natural voice experiences across deployment models and enterprise environments while building and mentoring a high-performing product organization worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers with a collaborative operating model and shared roadmap.
•Own global strategy and roadmap for the Speech & Language Platform (S2S, STT/ASR, TTS), including accent/dialect adaptation, industry-specific models, speech quality, and API capabilities.
•Define worldwide language expansion strategy (new languages, dialects, accents/variants) and set quality standards for global enterprise readiness.
•Drive industry-specific domain-adapted speech and language model delivery across regulated and terminology-intensive verticals.
•Set platform and deployment product strategy across managed, self-hosted, private, and hybrid models, including inference infrastructure, lifecycle management, observability, and enterprise administration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 257,500 - 451,700 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in software product management in high-growth enterprise technology, including leading senior product teams.
•Proven ability to drive customer success, build technically complex platforms, deliver product launches, and develop reference customers.
•Deep expertise in speech AI (S2S, STT/ASR, TTS), multilingual optimization, accent/dialect modeling, streaming inference, low-latency systems, and conversational AI architectures.
•Experience with model evaluation, fine-tuning/adaptation, hybrid model architectures, model routing, managed and self-hosted deployments, APIs, performance optimization, observability, and model lifecycle management.
•Experience adapting speech/AI systems for specialized terminology, acoustic conditions, compliance requirements, and regulated/terminology-intensive industries.
