Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert in Windows Local AI and Windows ML, including model deployment and hardware-accelerated inference on AMD Ryzen AI platforms.
  • •Partner with Microsoft and internal teams to validate Windows AI scenarios, close platform gaps, and communicate customer/developer requirements.
  • •Provide high-touch technical support for escalated OEM and ISV issues by reproducing problems, triaging, isolating root causes, and recommending workarounds.
  • •Own and maintain customer-facing technical documentation for Ryzen AI, including architecture guidance, installation materials, tutorials, troubleshooting, and release-aligned updates.
  • •Create reference applications, sample code, and diagnostic utilities, and run competitive analysis/benchmarking to generate reproducible insights for engineering and product teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,740 - 201,840 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in AI inference solutions, applications engineering, software engineering, or benchmarking/performance engineering.
  • •Hands-on programming and debugging skills in Python and C/C++ on Windows.
  • •Practical experience with AI/ML inference workflows and frameworks such as PyTorch, ONNX, ONNX Runtime, and Hugging Face.
  • •Experience writing high-quality developer documentation, technical tutorials, and sample code for customer-facing engineering guides.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain complex technical findings to engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
