Vibee - Seasonal Production & Operations Coordinator

Support onsite production and operations for Vibee activations in Las Vegas by coordinating opening/closing procedures, daily schedules, and cross-department handoffs. Maintain accurate production records, manage inventory and procurement needs, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards. Partner with onsite vendors and help coordinate team hours and access/logins to keep guest-facing operations running smoothly.
