Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate processing/baking equipment safely and efficiently for continuous production within Quality Assurance standards.
  • •Mix ingredients and monitor/adjust temperature and moisture; remove improperly formed or overlapped product.
  • •Perform equipment start/stop procedures, changeovers, and preventative maintenance in the processing/bakery area.
  • •Monitor and log key production data (temperatures, mix times, item numbers, raw material weights) and watch for foreign matter.
  • •Follow sanitation and safety procedures, maintain housekeeping/5S, handle chemicals appropriately, manage waste, and use material-handling equipment to move raw ingredients.
