Job Summary

Lead the data center platform development by partnering with ODM/OEM and internal teams to drive end-to-end manufacturing assembly and test strategies from design through high-volume production. Oversee NPI bring-up, manufacturing test plans, and system-level debugging to ensure reliable, scalable production of CPU/GPU server platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Platform Engineering and Manufacturing Operation teams to identify and drive end-to-end manufacturing assembly and test strategy—from early design through high-volume production—to ensure reliable, scalable execution.
•Define and execute a comprehensive manufacturing test strategy in collaboration with DIAG, Hardware, Tool, Software development, and CQE/PQE teams.
•Develop test plans, coverage evaluations, and mechanical test requirements for new and existing products.
•Work with internal design teams and deploy manufacturing test platforms, fixtures, jigs, and SOPs for Contract Manufacturers.
•Team up with internal teams for test infrastructure, including servers, performance monitoring, and log accessibility before deploying to ODM/customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,831,970 - 2,617,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent
•Experience in system manufacturing and NPI for complex electronic products
•Experience in server design and bringing up complex CPU/GPU servers in rack-level systems
•Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive complex issues and coordinate cross-functional teams
•Strong collaboration and communication with partners/customers to enable end-to-end manufacturing and test strategies
