Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare vehicles and panels for paint work using DA orbital sanders and other preparation tools.
  • •Sand and feather-edge repaired areas to support proper paint adhesion and finish quality.
  • •Assist with masking, taping, and protecting vehicles prior to entering the paint booth; help with loading and staging vehicles as needed.
  • •Perform minor body repairs (e.g., chip fill and surface defect corrections) and serve as backup for buffing when necessary.
  • •Follow repair orders, complete work within production timelines, perform quality control inspections, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following SOPs, OEM guidelines, OSHA, and environmental compliance.
